Just For Her Event - Kansas City June 23-25, 2017

If you'd like to showcase your products or your business services to thousands of women in the Kansas City area, the Just For Her Event is the perfect show for you! 2017 marks our 9th year in Kansas City and would love for you to join us. We accept applications from booths offering the following: fashion/accessories, beauty products & services, health/wellness products & services, food products, product launches, services that benefit women and their families... and anything else we think women will love! In 2017, we'll again welcome The Marketplace - a section of the event with over 80 businesses who hand-make their products or who sell vintage or artisanal food products their products! All booths are juried and must meet the Marketplace requirements.
How to apply:
1. Determine what booth size you need. Booth sizes available: 8x8 ($525), 10x10 ($750), 20x10 ($1,450),20x20 ($3,000) or choose from a Marketplace booth (should you meet the requirements). For corner booths add 20%.
2. Review the 2017 Floor Plan to select your 3 top booth choices (download floor plan)
3. Apply online - applications are not accepted without product or booth photos submitted for review
4. Print & Submit the Standard Payment Form or the Marketplace Payment Form (you won't be billed until we accept your business)
Marketplace Requirements to apply:
1.) Exhibitor handcrafts at least 50% of their products
2.) Exhibitor sells vintage products
3.) Exhibitor sells artisan food
*All applications are juried for The Marketplace
**Franchise and direct sales companies do not qualify
Payment Information: - At this time 50% is due (6 months prior to the event) upon acceptance to the event. Your booth space cannot be confirmed until we receive your deposit. Final 50% is due 60 days prior to the event - April 23, 2017. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have to cancel after being accepted, please be aware we do not offer any refunds.
